History: Chingri Bhorta, also known as Chingri Bharta, is a traditional Bengali dish from the Indian subcontinent. Recipe: Chingri Bhorta
Ingredients:

- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to spice preference)

Instructions:
Boil the Shrimp:
- Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- Add a pinch of salt and turmeric powder to the water.
- Add the cleaned shrimp to the boiling water and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are just cooked through.
- Drain the shrimp and set them aside.

- Once the shrimp are cool enough to handle, roughly chop them into smaller pieces. You can also keep a few whole for presentation.
