Banana Split Breakfast for Kids

Ingredients:

Bananas (1 banana per serving)

Greek yogurt (vanilla or any preferred flavor)

Assorted toppings: sliced strawberries, blueberries, chopped nuts (like almonds or walnuts), granola, mini chocolate chips, coconut flakes, etc.

Honey or maple syrup (optional, for drizzling)

Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions:

Start by peeling the bananas and cutting them in half lengthwise. Place each banana half in a bowl or on a plate.

Spread a generous spoonful of Greek yogurt over each banana half.

Let your kids get creative with the toppings! Arrange sliced strawberries, blueberries, chopped nuts, granola, mini chocolate chips, and coconut flakes over the yogurt-covered bananas.

If desired, drizzle a small amount of honey or maple syrup over the toppings for extra sweetness.

Add a dollop of whipped cream to the top of each banana split for a classic touch (optional).

Serve the banana splits immediately and let your kids enjoy a fun and healthy twist on a traditional dessert.

This breakfast idea is a playful take on the classic banana split dessert, turning it into a nutritious and balanced morning meal. It's loaded with vitamins and minerals from the fruits, protein from the Greek yogurt, and a touch of crunch from the nuts and granola. Your kids will love the vibrant colors and variety of flavors in this breakfast treat!
